Fine artists from Moldova, Romania to attend painting camp in Parcova

Chisinau, 7 August /MOLDPRES/- Six fine artists from Moldova and Romania will participate in the 16th issue of painting camp in Parcova, Edinet, due on 10-19 August.
The purpose of the event is to revitalize the cultural life of the Republic of Moldova by creating a Contemporary Art Collection, as well as identifying, using and promoting works. Thus, workshops will be organized within the camp between artists and young people with artistic potential and an Artistic Documentation Center - starting from informing about the previous editions of the Camp and continuing with ethnographic, museum research on the area.
The event will end with an exhibition opened in the Summer School at the Cultural Center in Cupcini.
According to the organizers, the Parcova creation camp has become a great cultural event, which has accumulated a valuable heritage. Thus, over 200 works by well-known artists from Belarus, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, etc. were included in the patrimony.
