Citizen of Moldova dead as result of bridge crash in Italy, brought home

Chisinau, 22 August /MOLDPRES/ – The inanimate body of the 44-year-old man, that lost his life after the bridge collapse in Italy, was brought home on 21 August night.

The body was transported by a specialised company and all expenses will be covered by the Government of Moldova.

According to the IGSU's information and media communication service, the man was from Taraclia, Causeni district. The IGSU, together with central public authorities (APC), will provide the necessary assistance so that the family of the man to be able to lead the nearest one on the last road.

Another citizen of Moldova was injured as a result of the crash of the road bridge in Genova city, Italian. Totally, there died 43 persons as a result of the tragedy.
