Neutral numbers can be obtained under standard form

Chisinau, 3 September /MOLDPRES/- Vehicles entering after 24 April 2018 the territory of the administrative-territorial units of Transnistria or Bender may be registered from 1 September at the subdivisions of the Public Service Agency, under a standard form.

According to the Customs Service, the neutral numbers can be obtained without paying the import duties, but with the mandatory customs documents.

The standard forms will be issued at the internal control customs posts and the common border crossing points of the Moldovan-Ukrainian border on the Transnistrian segment. To obtain the TV-24 form, applicants will have to present documents confirming the person's domicile and ownership, as well as a declaration of responsibility on the veracity of the data presented in the enclosed documents.

The neutral registration numbers are meant for the means of transport in the administrative-territorial units of Transistria or Bender for their admission to the international road traffic.
