Chisinau, 7 September /MOLDPRES/ - About 40 enterprises which sell flowers in Chisinau-based markets have been imposed fines worth 85,000 lei in all, after they committed more infringements, according to the State Fiscal Service (SFS).
The infringements were discovered following controls made in the beginning of the school year, when an increase in flowers’ demand is recorded and, in the context, “the risk of flowers’ illicit sale is enhanced,” SFS said.
At the fined enterprises, the fiscal inspectors discovered such infringements as “failure to use check-out machine, excess of financial means, non-presentation of documents.”
At the same time, on 2-3 September 2018, fiscal posts were set at two authorized markets, on the territory of which 46 enterprises selling flowers work. According to data by check-out machines, on the period of monitoring, the volume of deliveries carried out by flower traders amounted to over 420,000 lei, which, according to SFS, is much more against the sales registerrd on usual days, in the lack of fiscal posts.
