Moldovan PM, new Georgian counterpart discuss by phone

Chisinau, 07 September /MOLDPRES/ – Prime Minister, Pavel Filip, had a telephone conversation today with the Prime Minister of Georgia, Mamuka Bakhtadze.
According to the government’s communication and protocol department, Pavel Filip congratulated Mamuka Bakhtadze on his appointment as Prime Minister and reaffirmed his willingness to work jointly to strengthen the Moldovan – Georgian dialogue in areas of common interest. On this occasion, Prime Minister, Pavel Filip, invited his Georgian counterpart to attend the meeting of Prime Ministers of GUAM member countries to be held in Chisinau in upcoming perspectives.
The parties appreciated the dynamics of Moldovan – Georgian relations, noting the importance of continuing the constructive political dialogue, which has advanced to the highest level in recent two years.
