Square to be arranged nearby Eminescu academic centre from Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 11 September /MOLDPRES/ – The territory around the Eminescu Academic Centre in Chisinau will be arranged and transformed into a square. The total value of the project is MDL 184 thousand. The Chisinau City Hall has announced about it, today.

The authors of the project proposed the transformation of the territory into a square or an urban area of socialising and reading outdoors. In this area, the authors also propose the organisation of certain public events, including events that have hitherto taken place within the Eminescu International Academic Centre. The square will also serve as a recreation area for the inhabitants of the surrounding residential buildings.

According to a press release of municipality, this is one of the projects submitted by citizens within the Civil Budget in 2017. The implementation of the project is the Pretura of the Botanica sector.

Until now, the area around the Centre was used as unauthorized parking.
