Chisinau, 20 September /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Pavel Filip announced he will address the Constitutional Court (CCM) after yesterday President Igor Dodon refused to sign the decrees for appointment of new ministers.

The prime minister said he would address the CCM "to ask for the institution's blockade".

"Dodon's refusal to accept the two candidates of ministers is a new violation of the Constitution. Unfortunately, Moldova is headed by a president who frequently violates the Constitution, according to his political interests, a president who cancels out the institutional role he should have,” the premier said.

Two days ago, PDM leader Vlad Plahotniuc announced that two ministers from the current government, of the Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment and of Health, Labor and Social Protection ministers will be changed.

Plahotniuc said he proposed Nicolae Ciubuc and Silvia Radu for the two minister seats previously held by Liviu Volconovici and Svetlana Cebotari. Thus, Silvia Radu will take over the leadership of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection, and Nicolae Ciubuc - the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment.
