Chisinau municipal council approves list of projects to be carried out with Civil Budget's support

Chisinau, 5 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) has approved a list of projects due to be carried out with the support of the Civil Budget in 2018.

Under the document, the project provides for the arrangement of more yards at kindergartens, lyceums, play grounds for children and parks from the Moldovan capital.

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the spokesman for the Chisinau city hall, Vadim Branzaniuc, said that “the implementation of the projects will start next week and they are to be carried out till 30 April 2019.”

The files on participation in the draft of participatory budgeting were submitted on the period 15 February – 15 March. A number of 73 projects were put up in all. Following the examination, 24 big projects and 17 small ones were allowed. The overall value of the projects selected is four million lei.
