Moldovan diplomacy head to participate in meeting of foreign affairs ministers in Eastern Partnership-EU format

Chisinau, 12 October /MOLDPRES/ – Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Tudor Ulianovschi, will attend the meeting of Foreign Ministers in the format of the Eastern Partnership (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) on Monday, 15 October 2018 – European External Action Service, European Commission) to be held in Luxembourg, the MAEIE’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media interaction service has reported.
The event, which will include two core topics – implementing the 20 Eastern Partnership Objectives for 2020 and celebrating the 10th anniversary of the launch of Partnership, and it will be chaired by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini.
The agenda of the Minister Tudor Ulianovschi includes a series of bilateral meetings with representatives of the Luxembourg Banking and Banking Association, Luxembourg Investment Fund Association, Chamber of Commerce and Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission. In the margins of the talks, there will be discussed issues regarding the bilateral cooperation between the mentioned institutions with similar organisations from Moldova by setting up inter – institutional partnerships, possibility of developing training programmes, exchanges of experience, as well as the organisation of the documentation visits for taking over the best practices in areas of interest.
