Britain donated two intervention vehicles to Moldova

Chisinau, 13 October /MOLDPRES/- The Operation Florian from the United Kingdom donated yesterday two intervention vehicles to Moldova.
According to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU), the event was attended by British Embassy representative Cris Perckens, Florian Operation Director Roy Barraclough and IGSU head Mihail Harabagiu.
The officials spoke about the cooperation between Moldova and the UK, which leads to the "strengthening of the fire and rescue capabilities."
The donation includes two fire-fighting vehicles and several fire-fighting suits. One of the trucks is meant for the rescuers from the left bank of the Dniester River.
The donation is worth over 125,000 euros.
