Moldovan state to auction properties of 58 million lei on 31 October

Chisinau, 13 October /MOLDPRES/- The Public Property Agency (APP) announces for 31 October the auction at the Moldovan Stock Exchange to privatize 27 goods. 14 real estate complexes, 12 state-owned enterprises and an unfinished object at initial price of about 58.9 million lei.

Goods include the "Moldova" and "Mecita" tourist bases in Ukraine. The initial price for the first tourist base is 5.5 million lei and 1.6 million lei respectively, for the second.

According to the APP, contests for the privatization of seven assets, including an investment contest for the privatization of two goods (cinemas) and a commercial competition for the privatization of five state-owned enterprises are announced for 12 October - 15 November.

For 12 October - 12 December, the commercial tender for the privatization of eight goods, including five state-owned enterprises and state shares in three joint stock companies is announced.

The initial sale price of the goods displayed at trade competition and investment contest exceeds by 1 billion lei.
