Road traffic in Chisinau to be suspended temporarily due to visit by Turkish President

Chisinau, 16 October /MOLDPRES/- Road traffic in the capital will be suspended temporarily in the following two days in connection with the official visit to Moldova by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to the Chisinau city hall, the decision to temporarily limit the access of people to certain public places in the capital was taken at the request of the State Protection and Guard Service.
Thus, temporary traffic restrictions will exist on the following streets: bd. Dacia, str. Bucureşti, str. Ciuflea, Porţile Sfinte, the Cathedral Square, Great National Assembly Square, Public Garden Ştefan cel Mare, bd. Ştefan cel Mare and other streets in the capital.
The Turkish president will pay a visit to Moldova on 17-18 October. The official will have a meeting with head of state Igor Dodon and Premier Pavel Filip.
The official will also go to Gagauzia, where several objectives will be opened.
The Chisinau press has previously written that during the visit of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Moldovan presidency building will be inaugurated, renovation of which was fully financed by Turkey.
