EUR continues to cheapen against MDL

Chisinau, 17 October /MOLDPRES/ – The European single currency will continue to cheapen on 18 October. The National Bank of Moldova (BNM) has set an official exchange rate of MDL 19,60 for one euro on Thursday, 18 October, with MDL 0,04 less than on 17 October.

On the other hand, USD will be priced with MDL 0,01. It will be quoted at MDL 16,97.

The Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) will remain at the value of MDL 0,60, and the Romanian leu (RON) will keep the price of MDL 04,20. The same trend will have the Russian rouble (RUB), which will cost, like today, MDL 0,25.

The official exchange rate is the price of the Moldovan leu (MDL) against the currencies of other countries.
