Chisinau, 18 October /MOLDPRES/ - The degree of implementation of the single window of electronic reporting, problems faced by economic agents and solutions to solve them were considered at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Pavel Filip today, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
The single window was launched on 27 January 2018 and represents an online platform of presenting reports. At present, 131 reports are submitted to public authorities on the reporting portal www.gov.md: to the State Fiscal Service, National Social Insurances House, National Health Insurances House, National Statistics Bureau and Finance Ministry.
Thus, economic agents and citizens save time and money when compiling and presenting reports and the exchange of information between authorities is more efficient. Presently, about 48,000 citizens and more than 57,000 enterprises have access to the single window of reporting. During this year, 1,250,000 reports have been submitted to authorities through the single window, most of which were submitted by economic agents.
At the same time, there are some problems: doublings of information, asking for information in parallel from economic agents. To overcome these deficiencies, the prime minister instructed the creation of a working group led by the Secretariat of the Economic Council, which during discussions is supposed to identify, by common consent, the best solutions to settle the difficulties.
PM Pavel Filip demanded, till the end of the mandate of the present government, exclusion of the presentation of documents (reports, certificates, extracts), the data of which is available in electronic format, integrating this information in the MConnect platform. “Citizens and economic agents will no longer need to present certificates from one institution to another and all necessary information will be found in the electronic database. We have all premises created; we must only ensure the system’s inter-operability. If some institutions do not give up certificates, we will cancel the payment for them,” Pavel Filip added.
