More international brands might be produced, sold in Moldova

Chisinau, 5 November /MOLDPRES/ - Such brands as Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti of the Spanish company Inditex might be produced and sold in Moldova. The director for extension of the Inditex Company, Alberto Varga Garcia, made statements to this effect at a phone conversation with Moldova’s Ambassador to Spain Violeta Agrici.      

According to the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry, the Spanish company Inditex, specialized in the manufacture and distribution of textile products of various brands, known as: Zara, Zara Home, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Oysho, Uterque, Lefties and Stradivarius, allows possibility of commercial extension and production in Moldova.   

During the discussion with the Moldovan diplomat, the director for extension of the Inditex Company, Alberto Varga, said that, at present, Moldova was in the focus of the company, with the possibility of commercial extension under more aspects considered. The sides also discussed the intention of Inditex to fabricate textile articles at production centres contracted in Moldova.     

The Inditex Company presently has 5,000 factories in Morocco, Turkey, Bangladesh, countries of the Southeast Asia and China.
