Over 80 kindergartens from Moldovan capital to be endowed with new furniture

Chisinau, 7 November /MOLDPRES/ - More than 80 kindergartens from Moldova’s capital will be endowed with new furniture till late 2018. The acting general mayor of Chisinau, Ruslan Codreanu, signed an instruction to this effect today.

According to the Chisinau city hall, 4.3 million lei was allocated to this end from the municipal budget.

Furniture will be purchased for pre-school groups for institutions from districts of Buiucani, Centru, Ciocana and Rascani from Chisinau. It is about new beds, tables, chairs and cupboards. At the same time, the municipality will earmark 2.6 million lei for the capital repair of roofs for 18 kindergartens from the Botanica district.

About 160 pre-school education institutions work in Chisinau, attended by 38,000 children, divided in 1,433 groups.
