Moldovan authorities presented part of irrigation system in Stefan cel Mare Public Garden

Chisinau, 14 November /MOLDPRES/- The municipal authorities presented today a part of the irrigation system installed in the Stefan cel Mare Public Garden in the capital.
City hall's spokesman Vadim Brânzaniuc said that the irrigation system installation works will be completed by mid-December 2018.
“The total cost of the project is 3.5 million lei, the financial sources being provided in the municipal budget for 2018. Also today, several vacuum cleaners for collecting leaves and some specimens of the technique for planting trees were presented," Brânzaniuc said.
The Stefan cel Mare Public Garden is the first park in Chisinau that will have irrigation system. It will monitor soil moisture and air temperature and will operate separately for irrigation of decorative plants, lawns and trees.
The lawn in the Stefan cel Mare Public Garden will be restored next year. Also, for 2019 the installation of irrigation systems is planned in the Cathedral Park Public Garden and on the alley on the bd. Grigore Vieru.
