Moldovan government to cover repatriation expenses of woman died in road accident in Romania

Chisinau, 20 November /MOLDPRES/- The government will cover the costs of repatriating the woman who died in the road accident that occurred yesterday evening near Marasesti, Romania. At the same time, the National Emergency Inspectorate will continue to monitor the condition of the 6 patients in the St. Pantelimon Emergency Hospital in Focşani until their return home, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
Prime Minister Pavel Filip asked responsible institutions to provide all necessary support for people in difficulty, following the accident, and their families. He conveyed condolences to relatives of the deceased in the tragic accident.
According to the information of the Vrancea Emergency Inspectorate, on 19 November at 16:48, on the DJ-204E route near Marasesti village, Romania, a bus with 13 Moldovan citizens skidded off the route. As a result, one person died and another 6 were injured and transported to hospital. Another 6 Moldovan citizens were accommodated at the Marasesti centre.
