All localities in Moldova reconnected to electricity

Chisinau, 22 November /MOLDPRES/- All localities in the country have been reconnected to electricity.

The press officer of the General Inspectorate for Emergencies, Liliana Puşcaşu, said "the specialized brigades worked in the territory and remedied the defects."

The head of the State Road Administration's Operational Service, Sergiu Capatina, said that all the routes in the country are passable. "Over the night, 109 technical units and 139 workers, who used nearly 1,360 tons of anti-skid material, were involved in road cleaning and spreading anti-skid material. All dangerous sectors are constantly monitored by road managers and, if necessary, intervened ", he said.

At the same time, the Chisinau city hall announced that all roads in the capital are passable, with the exception of downhill streets: Ganea and Timis.

Throughout the night, in the capital, the workers intervened to clear the city's streets and access ways to the suburbs, scattering 268 tons of anti-slip material. At the same time, it has intervened on the sidewalks, in the courtyards of the blocks and the waiting stations of the public transport.

In the coming days, the weather is getting cold. Snowfall is expected in some areas. On 26-27 November, sleet is forecast, mainly in the northern and southern regions.
