The Council will have consultative and operational responsibilities and ensure system integration of info space components.
The strategy, structured in 7 chapters and 117 points, integrates the priority areas with info security assurance responsibilities. The document identifies the problems faced by Moldova: the increase in cyber crimes and violations, the number of cyber attacks, and the shortage of competent human resources.
According to the authors, one of the major problems is the lack of an integrated cyber security management system (CERT), in which there are identified vulnerabilities and risks.
The special attention is paid to the security component of the mass media space. There are proposed solutions to counteract the misinfo and manipulation of info, which directly threatens the security of info space.
