Term of entrepreneur's licence to be extended in Moldova till 31 December 2019

Chisinau, 23 November /MOLDPRES/ – The term of retail entrepreneur's licence will be extended until 31 December 2019, according to legislative amendments adopted by the Parliament in final reading today.

According to the document, the retail entrepreneur for stalls, counters, tents, booths, pavilions and from cars will be extended until 31 December 2019.

The new amendments also cover the trade in food products and domestic slightly altered goods provided that they comply with the sanitary – epidemiological requirements for their storage, keeping and marketing.

The patent will only extend to holders, who will hold patents for these activities on 31 December 2018. At present, some 9,400 licences in retail are still valid.

The document shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of Moldova.
