Assets owned by local public administration of Moldova could be sold only by public tender

Chisinau, 23 November /MOLDPRES/ - The procedure of sale, granting or leasing assets owned by local public administration will be carried out through public tender. The parliament adopted amendments to the law on the local public administration in the final reading today.

Under the document, the legal acts on management and order on public property assets of the administrative and territorial with private persons and legal entities are signed through public tender, organized according to the law.  

The evaluator will have to compile a report two hears ahead of the tender date at the latest for the signing of legal acts on order concerning the assets owned by the administrative and territorial unit with private persons and legal entities.  

At the same time, decision-makers propose that public property assets be subjected to annual inventorying and the reports on their situation be presented to the local council.
