As many as 890 people buy dwellings within First Home programme in Moldova

Chisinau, 27 November /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 890 persons have benefited from loan to purchase dwellings within the First Home governmental programme.

At the same time, 55 applications submitted by applicants are to be analyzed by specialists. The average age of those who applied for loans is of 31 years.

Data put out for MOLDPRES by the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development shows that the overall sum of credits provided by banks is worth 417 million lei. The area of a flat bought is of 60 square metres, on average. The average value of the dwellings purchased is 551,000 lei.

The First Home governmental programme was launched on 26 March 2018. So far, most applications have been registered in the Chisinau and Balti municipalities, as well as in the districts of Cahul, Ungheni and Comrat.
