Fourteen teachers from Ukraine benefit from free of charge courses in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 4 December /MOLDPRES/ - Fourteen teachers from the Odessa region, Ukraine, benefit from free of charge courses of professional training in Chisinau, held on 26 November – 7 December.
According to the Education, Culture and Research Ministry, it is about teachers from schools where subjects are taught in the Romanian language from the Odessa region, Ukraine. They benefit from free of charge courses of continuous professional training within the programme, Didactics of School Disciplines, from the Education Sciences Institute.
State Secretary General at the Education, Culture and Research Ministry Igor Sarov met the teachers today. Sarov stressed the ministry’s willingness to cooperate with Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science, in order to back the education needs of the people speaking Romanian from the Ukrainian regions.
At the same time, the state secretary invited teachers from the Odessa region to come up with suggestions and proposals on cooperation on more education dimensions: working out syllabi meant for national minorities; continuous training of teachers; implementing projects of academic mobility and stimulation of inter-university cooperation; organizing leisure camps for pupils and students; endowing education institutions with methodological materials, etc.
The programme, Didactics of School Disciplines, is focused on professional training, management of modern lesson, culture of communication, evaluation based on competences, psycho-pedagogy, use of information and communication technologies in education.
