Moldovan parliament's commission for culture selects three candidates for position Audiovisual Coordination Council member

Chisinau, 5 December /MOLDPRES/ - The parliamentary commission for culture, education, research, youth, sport and mass media, following a contest, today selected three candidates, whom it will put forward to the parliament’s plenum for the office of member of the Audiovisual Coordination Council (CCA).
Ten persons were admitted to the interview event: Lidia Viziru, Iulian Rosca, Vitalie Bujnita, Nicolae Spataru, Nicolae Fabian, Viorel Molea, Marcel Marin, Corneliu Mihalache, Victoria Son and Leonid Smolnitchi. Following the holding of events, the candidatures of Corneliu Mihalache, Iulian Rosca and Lidia Viziru were selected, who will be put up to the parliament for approval.
The parliamentary commission for culture, education, research, youth, sport and mass media on 19 November announced a public contest for the filling of three vacant positions of member of the Audiovisual Coordination Council. The contest is announced following the expiration of the mandates of CCA members Iurie Colesnic, Cristina Duca and Olga Barbalata on 16 November 2018.
The members of the Audiovisual Coordination Council are appointed under parliament decision for a six-year mandate.
