Owners of farmlands placed beyond Rabnita-Tiraspol highway to receive monthly unemployment benefit worth 700 lei

Chisinau, 5 December /MOLDPRES/ - The owners of farmlands placed beyond the Rabnita-Tiraspol highway, in case they are have limited access to these lands, will be registered as jobless people with special status and will receive monthly unemployment benefit worth 700 lei, under amendments to a normative act approved by the government today.     

The National Employment Agency will make the registration through the territorial employment subdivision. The capacity of jobless person with special status can be got by the owners of lands, whose access to the latter was limited, with ages ranging from 16 years and the age established for getting the right to pension, are able to carry out a work, are not employed. Other conditions are that they do not study in a form of education with attendance, they are looking for a job both individually and through territorial subdivision, as well as are willing to start working, have limited access to at least 50 per cent of the farmland owned.  

The unemployed people with special status, who have worked and made a length of service of at least 12 calendar months in the last 24 calendar months before the date of registration as jobless person with special person, benefit from unemployment benefit worth 700 lei. The unemployment benefit will be paid by the National Social Insurances House, which takes over this duty from the National Employment Agency.    

The amendments made by the government will enter into force on 10 February 2019. The cost of the allocation of professional integration or reintegration is estimated at 48,000 lei and the unemployment benefit – at 2.4 million lei.
