Chisinau, 14 December /MOLDPRES/- The term of patent of retail entrepreneur will be extended until 31 December 2019, according to legislative amendments that were published in the Official Journal of Moldova today.
The new amendments also refer to the trade in food products and perishable goods, provided that they comply with the sanitary-epidemiological requirements for storage and marketing.
The term of the patent will extend only to holders who hold patents for these activities on 31 December.
At present, about 9,400 patents in retail are available.
The document entered into force on its publication in the Official Journal of Moldova.
