Chisinau, 22 December /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decrees, the state social insurance budget law (BASS) for 2019 and the Law on compulsory health insurance funds for next year were published in the Official Journal of Moldova today.

According to the BASS law, the revenues of the state social insurance budget are expected for 2019 in the amount of 21427,4 million lei, with an increase compared to 2018 of 2088,4 million lei or by 10,8%.

At the same time, it is stated that in the structure of the revenues of the state social insurance budget, 59.6 percent will be social insurance contributions and will reach 12770.0 million lei, down by 70.5 million lei than those specified for the current year.

The expenditures of the state social insurance budget for 2019 are proposed in the amount of 21427.4 million lei, with an increase of 2088.4 million lei. The state social security budget for 2019 is estimated without deficit.

The law on mandatory health insurance funds for 2019 forecasts revenues of 7326.0 million lei, with an increase of 8.8% compared to current ones. The mandatory health insurance funds for 2019 were estimated to have a deficit of 200.0 million lei.
