Many children from Transnistria visit Christmas fair in Chisinau

Chisinau, 24 December /MOLDPRES/- The winter holidays came earlier for hundreds of pupils from schools with teaching in Romanian from the Transnistrian region. The Christmas fair in Chisinau, organized in European style, for the second consecutive year, at the initiative of Prime Minister Pavel Filip, opened its doors for these children very early in the inauguration, and all the fun for them are free of charge, being provided by the Moldovan government.
The magic of the winter holidays was felt by pupils from Mihai Eminescu high schools in Dubăsari and Alexandru cel Bun in Bender, the Christmas fair being also visited by the disciples of other institutions on the left bank of the Dniester River.
Until 14 January, daily from 10.00 until 22.00, the winter town awaits families in the country and those from abroad to give them unforgettable moments in the seven thematic areas. More than 7,000 disadvantaged children from all corners of the country, including minors from boarding schools or institutions for children with special needs, as well as those from the Transnistrian region, will visit the Christmas Fair with the support of the Moldovan government. They will be special guests to experience the holiday and enjoy emotions, carols and European traditions.
