Chisinau, 3 January /MOLDPRES/ - Three school-leaving examination sessions will be organized during one academic year and not two ones, as it has been so far. The law providing for this and the Moldovan president’s decree on the document’s promulgation will be published in the 4 January issue of the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial).
Thus, the candidates failing to pass some exams following those two ordinary sessions will be able to take the school-leaving exams once again. Yet, this time, pupils will have to pay an examination fee. Its size will be established by the cabinet.
The government will bring its normative laws in line with the new law in a three-month period after the date of the entrance into force of the document published in the Official Journal.
