Some categories of Moldovan pensioners can ask for pension's reconsideration

Chisinau, 5 January /MOLDPRES/ - The persons who retired till 1 January 1999 and made a length of service of 15 years and more after retirement can submit applications for the reconsideration of the age limit pension starting from 1 January 2019.

The requests can be presented at the territorial social insurances house, according to the place of residence.

The National Social Insurances House informed that the pensions of the beneficiaries with a length of service shorter than 15 years would be revised this year. In the case of the beneficiaries of pensions established after 1 January 1999, the reexamination of the age limit pensions will be made from the beginning of 2021, in stages, depending on the duration of the length of service got after the pension was set.

The law providing for the reconsideration of the age limit pensions of the people who worked after getting right to pension entered into force on 1 January 2019.
