Culture house in south Moldovan locality to be equipped with support of Turkey

Chisinau, 09 January /MOLDPRES/ – The Turkish Coordination and Cooperation Agency (TIKA) will finance the House of Culture in Cismichioi village, Gagauzia. The director of the Turkish Agency, Selda Özdenoglu, has announced it after a recent documentary visit in autonomy.

The head of TIKA visited several social projects in the region, including the House of Culture in Cismichioi locality, which had capital repair works. Selda Özdenoglu has assured that TIKA will support the work of institution and provide seats for the showroom as well as office furniture.

Currently, there are several social and infrastructure development projects supported by the Turkish authorities in Gagauzia. Up to date, there were built a hospital, a kindergarten, a Creation Centre in Comrat, an asylum for the elderly in Ceadar – Lunga, etc. in Gagauzia with the support of TIKA.
