New point of urgent medicine opens in eastern district of Moldova

Chisinau, 15 January /MOLDPRES/ – A new point of emergency medical assistance was opened on 14 January in Pripiceni – Razesi, Rezina district. Thus, the number of teams serving the population in this area has been supplemented.
The area of Pripiceni – Razesi has eight villages (Pripiceni – Razesi, Pripiceni-Curchi, Pereni, Peciste, Meseni, Ignatei, Trifesti and Gordinesti), with a population of approximately ten thousand inhabitants. According to the Rezina district authorities, it will reduce the time to reach patients by reducing the distance traveled by the ambulance.
The Emergency Point is located within the Pripiceni Healthcare Centre (CSP), where there have been carried out repair and fitting works in all rooms. In addition to the interior repairs, it was arranged the space adjacent to the building, and it was built a garage for two ambulances.
The expenditures for works are estimated at MDL 2.3 million and include the connection of the edifice to the aqueduct, autonomous heating, electricity, procurement of a new ambulance.
