Agenda of cultural events in Moldova for 25 – 27 January

Chisinau, 23 January /MOLDPRES/ – There takes place performance: Spargatorul de nuci (The Nutcracker), a ballet by P. I. Tchaikovsky, in a modern version, on Friday, 25 January at 18:00, at the National Philharmonic Serghei Lunchevich in Chisinau.
According to organisers, scenes from the homonym ballet are interpreted by the ballet ensemble Soarele from the Republican Centre for Children and Youth Artico. Soloists: Luminita Bivol, Vladislav Surdu and Nicolae Rosca, choreography – Cristina and Alexei Terentiev, artistic director – Elena Stanislav, presenter – Irina Martaniuc.
The same day, at 18:00, at the National Theatre I. L. Caragiale, Made in Moldova by C. Cheianu, at the Theatre De pe strada Trandafirilor – Lady Macbeth din Districtul Mtsensk by N. Leskov, at Theatre Luceafarul – Striptease masculin sau Goi – pusca by Anthony McCarten at 18:30 at the Russian State Drama Theatre A. P. Cehov – performance O noapte cu Don Juan, after Max Frisch and Eric – Emmanuel Schmitt and at 19:00 at the Theatre Genova Art – performance COCO Chanel – Oglinzi after the book by Edmonde Charles – Roux.
On Saturday, 26 January, at 11:00, Theatre Guguta presents Tronca – Ponca, Vaj by A. Placinta, the Russian State Drama Theatre A. P. Cehov – performance Masa si Vitea impotriva chitarelor salbatice by P. Finin and the Licurici Republican Doll Theatre – performance Siragul trucurilor by J. Racek.
Also on Saturday at 18:00 at the Russian State Drama Theatre A. P. Cehov is performed Revizorul by N. V. Gogol, at the National Theatre Satiricus I. L. Caragiale – Doctor de femei by Georges Feydau, at the Theatre De pe strada Trandafirilor – Lady Macbeth din Districtul Mtsensk by N. Leskov, at 18:30 at the National Theatre Eugene Ionesco – O istorie foarte simpla by Maria Lado and at 19:00 at the Geneza Art Theatre – Invitatia la vals by M. Drumes.
On Sunday, at 17:00, the National Opera and Ballet Theatre Maria Biesu plays Coppelia, a ballet in three acts by Leo Delibes, at 18:00 at the Russian State Drama Theatre A. P. Cehov – performance Inima de caine by M. Bulgakov, at Luceafarul Theatre – Testamentul by Gh. Urschi at Satiricus I. L. Caragiale National Theatre – Hotul by Dario FO, National Theatre Eugene Ionesco – Oscar si tanti Roz by Eric – Emmanuel Schmitt and at 19:00 at Theatre Geneza Art – Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert.
