Important Bulgarian company interested in investing in financial, banking sector of Moldova

Chisinau, 28 January /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu today discussed with the management of a European investor, who displayed interest in investing in Moldova, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.

The Bulgarian company, DOVERIE UNITED-HOLDING AD, is interested to invest in the financial and banking sector of Moldova.

At the meeting, Andrian Candu said that Moldova was interested in attracting foreign investments in various fields.

”Following the banking crisis our country went through, we adopted a comprehensive legislative package to improve the financial and banking sector and make it more attractive for foreign investors,” Andrian Candu noted.

For their part, Bulgarian company’s representatives voiced confidence that the investment announced would allow modernizing the sector, as the company has rich international experience in the banking sector.

DOVERIE UNITED-HOLDING AD is one of the most important companies from Bulgaria. It was set up in 1996 as a privatization fund with a portfolio of participations in more than 20 enterprises from diverse economic fields, working in more countries of the region.
