Moldovan leu maintains position in relation to main reference currencies

Chisinau, 30 January /MOLDPRES/ – The Moldovan leu (MDL) maintains its position in relation to the main reference currencies on 31 January, according to the official exchange rates of the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).

Thus, on the last day of January, the euro (EUR) will keep its value of MDL 19.55. The US dollar (USD) will cheapen with MDL 0.01 and have an official cost of MDL 17.09.

And the Romanian leu (RON) gets cheaper. Its cost will be MDL 04.10. The Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) remains at the value of MDL 0.61. The same trend is for the Russian rouble (RUB), which will have a price of MDL 0.25 on 31 January, like today.
