Chisinau, 31 January /MOLDPRES/ - More than 1.86 million financial and statistics reports have been submitted to the single window of electronic reporting, www.raportare.gov.md, in the first year after the launch. The reports were sent by the public authorities/institutions, economic agents and citizens through this platform to the state authorities in the public finances and statistics sector.

The single window was launched on 27 January 2018 and is the first centralized electronic service of financial and statistics reporting to the State Fiscal Service (SFS), Finance Ministry, National Social Insurances House, National Health Insurances Company and National Statistics Bureau. The window replaced the old process of reporting, when public authorities/institutions and economic agents were sending reports to each of the five entities, with a single process of electronic reporting through the portal, www.raportare.gov.md.

The press service of the Centre for Information Technologies in Finance said that, at present, 131 types of reports can be presented through the single window, most of which – 103 – are meant for SFS. More than 74,700 citizens and over 57,100 public authorities/institutions and economic agents have access to the single window of electronic reporting.

The implementation of the single window of electronic reporting simplified the process of reporting, shortened the duration and cut the costs of the process of filling in and sending the reports, as well as the level of doubling of the same data in different reports by about 40 per cent.
