New sandwich-type office opened in central Moldova district

Chisinau, 4 February /MOLDPRES/ - A new sandwich-type post office made of panels was inaugurated in the central Orhei district today. The headquarters was renovated and endowed with modern computers, in line with the residents’ needs and the latest specialty tendencies.

"The inauguration of this type of post offices comes as an optimum solution in cutting expenses and redirecting financing to other offices in need of being restored or opened for the service of clients,” the director general of the Posta Moldovei (Moldova’s Post) State Enterprise, Serghei Nastas, said.

Two persons will work at the new Orhei-based post office and citizens will have access to post and banking services. “Together, we are proud that we can provide, starting from today, new qualitative services for the Orhei residents as well. This was a necessity for the clients from this district,” the head of the post office, Galina Tudorica, said.

Another 15 sandwich-type post offices are to be set in Moldova till late 2019.
