Wood of over 190 ha, managed by Moldsilva forestry agency, to switch to management of central Moldova district village

Chisinau, 7 February /MOLDPRES/ - A wood with an area of 193.49 hectares, managed by the Moldsilva forestry agency, will be switched to the ownership of the Panasesti village, central Straseni district. The parliament approved a draft law, which sees the transmission of the lands from the state public property to local property, in the first reading today.
Under the draft, by derogation of the law, the parliament allowed the transmission from the forest fund of a land with an area of 193.49 hectares, managed by the Moldsilva agency, to the management of the Panasesti village, Straseni district.
According to another draft law, a plot of land of ten hectares was excluded from the list of units, the lands of which meant for farming remain to be owned by the state and are allocated to the Chetrosu village, eastern Anenii Noi district.
