New trolleybus route connecting Chisinau to Ialoveni to be launched today

Chisinau, 8 February /MOLDPRES/- A new trolleybus route will be launched today in the capital. It will run from Chisinau to Ialoveni, the first electric transport line connecting the capital to a locality outside Chisinau.

According to the Chisinau city hall, the decision to launch the new trolleybus route has been taken by the Chisinau municipal council to solve the problem of transporting passengers in Ialoveni.

Trolleybus route No36 will have the following itinerary: Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, Vasile Alecsandri, Hâncești. Within Ialoveni: Alexandru cel Bun street.

Previously, four new trolleybus routes were launched to the suburbs of the capital. It is about: Sangera, Stauceni, Trușeni and Durlești.
