Agenda of cultural events in Moldova for 8-10 March

Chisinau, 6 March /MOLDPRES/ - An entertainment show titled, Your Are My Spring, by the band Brio Sonores is held at the Chisinau-based Nicolae Sulac National Palace on 8 March at 18:00, within the 53rd issue of the Martisor International Music Festival.
Also on 8 March, the play, The Star Without a Name, by Mihail Sebastian is presented at the Mihai Eminescu National Theatre at 18:00; the play, Chirita in provincie (Chirita in Province) by Vasile Alecsandri is performed at the Eugene Ionesco National Theatre at 18:30.
On 9 March at 18:00, the Mihai Eminescu National Theatre hosts a play titled, The Carnival by I.L. Caragiale; the play, The Thief, by Dario Fo; the Roses Street Theatre stages the play, Our Town by Thornton Wilder; at 18:30, the play Chirita in Provincie by Vasile Alecsandri is performed at the Eugene Ionesco National Theatre, the play Cappelia, a three-acts ballet by Leo Delibes, is presented at the Maria Biesu National Opera and Ballet Theatre.
On the same day at 18:00, the Serghei Lunchevici National Philharmonic hosts a vocal and symphony concert by soprano Natalia Gavrilan (Italy), Iulia Igonina (violin, Russia), Symphony Orchestra conducted by Mihail Agafita and the Doina Academic Choral Chapel, conducted by Ilona Stepan. A concert given by Anatol Stefanet and a classical trio: Natalia Botnariuc (cello), Radu Talambuta (violin) and Irina Solpan (piano) is held at the Organ Hall. At the same time, the Nicolae Sulac National Palace hosts a concert by the English band Uriah Heep at 19:00.
On 10 March at 18:00, the play Funny Money by Ray Cooney is presented at the Satiricus I.L. Caragiale National Theatre; the play Our Town by Thornton Wilder is staged at the Roses Street Theatre, and the play Do You Have Something to Declare? By Georges Feydeau is performed at the Mihai Eminescu National Theatre. At the same time, the play, A Very Simple Story, by Maria Lado is presented at the Eugene Ionesco National Theatre at 18:30.
Also on 10 March, at 18:00, the Organ Hall hosts a chamber concert given by Mark Dobrinsky (cello, France) and the National Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Cristian Florea and a closing show of the Martisor Festival, performed by the Joc National Ballet, takes place at the Nicolae Sulac National Palace.
