Customs checkpoint from eastern Moldova temporarily ceases working because of strong wind

Chisinau, 11 March /MOLDPRES/ – The Molovata customs checkpoint has temporarily interrupted its activity due to the strong wind.
The Customs Service (SV) has announced that in case of wind intensifications, more checkpoints permitting fluvial traffic might be closed.
The travellers who were planning to cross the Dniester river through Molovata are urged to opt for the Criuleni 18 internal control station, about 32 km away.
The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has extended today the Yellow Code to wind intensifications. It valid until Tuesday.
