Moldova's tax payers can receive consultancy as to submission of declaration on income tax electronically

Chisinau, 11 March /MOLDPRES/ - The tax payers who should submit the declaration on income tax electronically can benefit from consultancy and technical assistance on its presentation. The support is provided by operators of the call centre of the public institution, Centre for Information Technologies in Finance (CTIF).    

Under the Fiscal Code, the following categories of tax payers have obligation to submit the income declaration: the subjects registered as payers of value added tax (VAT); subjects carrying out professional activity in the justice sector; residents of the parks for information technology and tax payers having five and more employees.    

If the tax payers have no access to the service Electronic Declaration or have problems with the accessing of the concerned service, they can call the call centre at the phone number 080001525. Thus, beneficiaries will be able to learn the reasons for blocking the access, ways of removing the causes of this blockage, as well as other technical aspects dealing with the use of the Automated Information System (SIA) Electronic Declaration.      

The CTIF Call Centre works daily starting from Monday till Friday during 8:00-17:00. The calls to the phone number 080001525 are free of charge and can be made from any mobile or fixed phone. In the first two months of 2019, operators of the call centre answered to more than 48,900 phone calls. The number of calls grew in last February, especially because of the increase in the number of tax payers who asked for consultations on the procedure of use of SIA, Collection of Information from Indirect Sources.
