Chisinau, 12 March /MOLDPRES/ – The Socialists' party of Moldova (PSRM) has announced today that it regrets the refusal of the bloc ACUM to sit at the negotiating table in order to form a possible coalition of the Government.
The PSRM's representative, Ion Ceban, told during a briefing that after the decision announced by the leaders of the ACUM bloc, the socialists were to convene the party's governing bodies so as to determine future actions.
Ceban said that "it is not excluded that the socialists will announce the political agenda after the first session of the new parliamentary term." "Until then, we will evaluate the most appropriate scenarios and solutions that are needed in the situation," said the quoted source.
The PSRM invited bloc ACUM on 11 March to talk to negotiate a possible ruling coalition. The representatives of bloc ACUM have announced today that they are rejecting the PSRM's initiative. The leadership of the Democrats' party of Moldova (PDM) has also come with an invitation to negotiations.
