European single currency to be more expensive tomorrow

Chisinau, 1 May /MOLDPRES/- The European single currency will be more expensive tomorrow and will have an official price of 19.92 lei, according to the official exchange rates displayed by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).

At the same time, the dollar will stay tomorrow at the level of 17.89 lei.

For the Romanian leu, the BNM has set a value similar to the one currently registered, so it will cost 4 lei and 18 bani. The same goes for the Ukrainian hryvnia and the Russian ruble, which will still cost 67 bani and 27 bani.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, according to data available at the end of March, the Moldovan leu was appreciated slightly against the US dollar, but depreciated against the euro.
