Moldovan president awarded several employees in education, public order, environment, culture, sports

Chisinau, Dec. 17 /MOLDPRES/- President Maia Sandu has awarded honorary titles to several people as a sign of deep appreciation of their special merits towards the state of the Republic of Moldova and high professional skills, the presidential press service has reported.

Among them are several commissioners and employees of the Carabineer Inspectorate, forestry enterprises, the Tax Service, the Court of Accounts, artists, businessmen and teachers.

Maia Sandu expressed gratitude to people who through the devotion and professionalism contribute to the development of the Republic of Moldova.

"We appreciate your daily work. Do not tire to do it excellently, because first of all here we have excellence from which we have to learn and spread. Only with people like you will we succeed in uniting society, only with people like you will we succeed in taking care of our communities and our country", the head of state said.

Maia Sandu added that 2024 was a year of remarkable achievements, but also valuable lessons. "We all want to live in a free, democratic country, in a country where people have opportunities to earn, to stay at home, to take care of their loved ones, in a country where we feel safe and in a country that takes care of nature, the land, water quality, air quality. The fight against corruption is an area that we are going to reward today. You all represent the best our country has, thank you for that, don't get tired, don't give up and help those around you to learn how to do things nicely, as you do", the head of state said.
