Moldovan parliament to participate in Europe Day

Chisinau, 8 May /MOLDPRES/- Moldovan parliament will participate the third year in a row in the European Town with an informative tent.

According to the parliament’s press service, people will be able to leave messages and petitions for MPs at parliament stand and to schedule appointments in the institution. The stand will host exhibitions, information on how citizens can get involved in the decision-making process.

Visitors will test their knowledge of parliamentary work, organized by the legislature with a group of volunteers.

Visitors are expected on 11 May 2019 from 11:00-16:00 in Stefan cel Mare public garden in Chisinau.

9 May is officially marked in Moldova as Europe Day since 2017, when parliament approved amendments to legislation in force.
