Euro to continue to appreciate against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 13 May /MOLDPRES/ – The European single currency (EUR) continues to appreciate against the Moldovan leu (MDL), according to the official exchange rates published by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM) today.
Thus, on 14 May, EUR gets more expensive with MDL 0.06 up to MDL 20.11, while the U.S. dollar (USD) maintains its cost of MDL 17.90.
The Romanian leu (RON) increases with MDL 0.01 on 14 May, up to MDL 04.22.
As for the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and Russian rouble (RUB), the BNM has established quotations similar to the ones recorded today. So, RUB still costs MDL 0.27, and UAH – MDL 0.68.
