Price for some drugs down by 2%

Chisinau, 22 May /MOLDPRES/- The price for some drugs sold in pharmacies in the country fell by more than 2% in April.
In Moldova the procedure for the authorization or re-authorization of 125 medicinal products has already passed, 49 of which are of European origin, 41 are produced by pharmaceutical companies from the CIS countries, 14 are domestic products and 21 are from other countries. About 72.8% of authorized preparations are issued on prescription.
In April, the specialists have agreed to import 141 preparations. These include cardiovascular drugs, antiviral preparations, anticancer and immunomodulatory, ophthalmic, corticosteroids and psychostimulants.
