Chisinau-Tiraspol working groups for telecommunications, post services hold new meeting

Chisinau, 29 May /MOLDPRES/ - A new meeting of the working groups for telecommunications and post services took place at the Tiraspol-based headquarters of the OSCE Mission on 28 May. Specialists in the post services field and customs sphere participated in the event, the Bureau for Reintegration Policies has reported.

The participants in the meeting repeatedly tackled the subject from 24 April 2019 on the post services from both banks of Dniester and the way of delivery of periodical publications to settlements from Moldova’s eastern districts.

The Chisinau officials highlighted the need for the Tiraspol administration’s representatives to de-politicize the issue. They also pointed out the necessary measures to ensure the observance of the present norms concerning the delivery of post objects demanded.

The subject is to be discussed again at an experts’ meeting, due in Chisinau.
